ABOUT THIS CHOCOLATE

This is our house milk chocolate bar (which is 50% cacao) with added crystals of Welsh Sea-Salt added to the back. Sea salt actually increases the natural sweetness of the bar and it also brings all of the high and low notes of the cacao beans we use to the front of the flavour notes.

We don’t add any additives, oils, or lecithin etc to our milk chocolate. So this is a clean tasting milk chocolate with just the essential ingredients and nothing else.
