ABOUT THIS CHOCOLATE

This is our house milk chocolate bar which is 50% cacao and comes with the same small amount of unrefined sugar as our house dark chocolate bar. All we have done is replace 20% of the cacao with organic milk powder to make a creamy yet satisfyingly ‘dark’ low sugar milk chocolate.

We don’t add any additives, oils, or lecithin etc to our chocolate. So this is a clean tasting milk chocolate with just the essential ingredients and nothing else.
