ABOUT THIS CHOCOLATE
To make this intense coffee-chocolate we add into our stone-grinders the roasted cacao nibs, roasted coffee beans, and an unrefined cane-sugar blend, with a deep molasses taste. What is produced three days later from the grinder (and after several months of resting on our shelves) is a chocolate bar that echoes the vibrant coffee notes of a first-class espresso.
We use a blend of coffee beans from the Jamaican Blue Mountains and from the volcanic high Mountains of Colombia to make this chocolate.
From the beginning, in terms of discovering, designing and creating a satisfying coffee-chocolate, it was all about finding the perfect marriage of flavours. Only by taking our time to develop unique in-house processes did we finally award this stunning chocolate bar a place in our catalogue.

Ingredients: Cacao Beans, Cane Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Coffee Beans.
Allergens: May contain traces of milk and nuts. This chocolate is hand-made at a small facility where milk and nuts are used in some of our processes.
