The Mayhawk Chocolate Edition bars are made as a result of challenging ourselves. We begin with a question: can we make a chocolate bar that is even more elegant and simple than we have ever done before? To do this we look at using new and revolutionary processes and more precise methods to enhance and elevate the flavour profile of the chocolate. And then we continue to develop these processes, looking for even more clarity and depth in the chocolate, while eliminating any unnecessary complexity in the methods where we can.
